1x1 Coaching

The 1x1 coaching session with Art is designed to help you tailor your approach and apply the materials to your most challenging communication situations.You work with Art for up to 90-minutes.

Ongoing Support

As an alum of one of Art's programs, you have forever e-mail access for questions or suggestions for your most challenging communication situations. And, all of the tools and materials are yours to use!

The focus is on helping you learn the skills and approaches to grow your confidence and succeed in the most challenging workplace conversation situations, including:

• Managing your emotions and messaging when you are confronted with an unexpected challenging moment. Many of our clients are regularly in front of senior executive or board of director audiences and are on the receiving end of challenges and tough questions.
• Confidently design and engage in all types of feedback conversations--including with your peers, team members, and even your boss. There are very few more important communication skills than providing (and receiving) quality constructive and positive feedback. You learn and practice the formula for succeeding with this every time!
• Gain support for important "ask" situations where you are looking for resources, money, or help with change. Whether you are pitching a business case for a critical investment, guiding your team through change, or looking for help from across the organization, there's an approach for succeeding in these moments. We emphasize learning to uncover value and designing winning solutions for all parties.
• Design winning presentations and be prepared for the tough questions. You learn a process of strategic message mapping--ideal for planned presentations and communication situations. This simple but not simplistic technique will change the way you plan your messaging forever! It's great for individual and team use.
