The one-on-one coaching session is designed to help you turn program ideas into actions. We work with you to personalize your project plan for bringing your influence development strategy to life.
Ongoing Access
When the program ends, you retain access to your coach via e-mail and a quarterly refresh call. Also, you are welcome to attend future live-online sessions at no cost.

Group Sessions + One-on-One Coaching to Jump-Start Your Influence Growth
Here's How We Work Together:
We meet initially for an exploratory coaching call to discuss your influence situation and general ideas. The insights gained from this initial session help Art and Anita tailor session content and coaching calls to your situation.
The live-online sessions include exploration of core concepts plus breakouts where you share ideas and work with colleagues to try out your ideas and gain feedback.
The one-on-one coaching session (recommended toward the end or immediately following the program) is where we work with you to form your influence-development action plan.
And once the program ends, Art and Anita are never more than an e-mail away for questions or to brainstorm ideas for your influence challenges.
And of course, you take a host of tools with you, including the Ideas-to-Actions Guides.
