Leading Change & Creating Results at Scale
Much of the work of senior managers is about influencing change, building coalitions to execute on key initiatives, and serving as a sponsor removing roadblocks and empowering people and teams. We work together and in the group sessions to help you strengthen in these areas.
Part 3
Developing Confidence for New Situations
