Why the blend of group training and one-on-one coaching?

The group training is fabulous for gaining multiple viewpoints on challenges and opportunities from cohort members. The one-on-one coaching gives you the opportunity to take core concepts and approaches and work with an executive coach to develop a personal game plan for you in your environment. The combination of the two creates a superior development experience versus stand-alone training.

How much work is involved in this process?

In addition to group sessions and your one-on-one coaching time, you can expect some pre-session reading and encouragement to try the ideas as early as possible in your environment. Yet, as Art will mention repeatedly in the program, those who put the ideas to work are the ones who gain the most.
