Guided instruction and Mastermind facilitation with executive and career coach, Art Petty and invaluable feedback, inspiration, and ideas from your cohort colleagues.
One-on-One Coaching
As part of your enrollment, you meet with Art 1x per month during the program to help navigate the bumps, set a strategy and accelerate your progress.
Sustained Support
Keep in touch with your cohort and coach in the program's private forum. Share ideas and victories, and ask questions from a group and coach invested in your success!

Group Sessions + One-on-One Coaching to Jump-Start Your Career Makeover
No two reinvention projects follow an identical path, yet they all pass through the same six stages at some point in time. The Career Reinvent Coaching Program, helps you navigate the six stages of the process (determination, self-discovery, exploration, experimentation, preparation, and launch) via our group and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Dates and Program Logistics
Enrolling for January 2024 program. We kick-off with a Saturday working session from 10-1 ctl via Zoom on January 13, 2024.
We co-create a working calendar incorporating bi-weekly meetings (weeknights from 6 to 7:30 central) and two one other Saturday working session.
You work with Art to set-up coaching calls that fit your schedule. The program fee includes three one-on-one sessions. You can use these during and after the cohort segment concludes. There is no expiration on timing for your four sessions.
Following the conclusion of the program, many groups decide to convert to a monthly Mastermind format. We are happy to facilitate and support this effort.

Career Reinvent Boot Camp Feedback
The Boot Camp program gave me a safe place to work with some amazing, incredible people from different backgrounds and so many unique strengths. Their willingness to help me was exhilarating.
